Conditions.
01 · Accommodation
Memory Group provides hostel and PG accommodation subject to room availability, applicable pricing and the terms communicated at the time of joining.
02 · Pricing
The standard pricing displayed on the Memory Group website is provided for information and may be subject to room availability and property-specific arrangements.
- ₹5,500 per bed per month for double-bed accommodation in 2 BHK.
- ₹6,000 per bed per month for 6–7 sharing rooms.
- ₹7,500 per bed per month for double-sharing rooms.
- ₹12,500 per month for a single room.
03 · Security Deposit
A security deposit is applicable according to the accommodation category.
- ₹3,000 security deposit for sharing rooms.
- ₹5,000 security deposit for single rooms.
The applicable security deposit is adjustable against the final month's dues, subject to applicable deductions and settlement of outstanding amounts.
04 · Joining Fee
A one-time joining fee of ₹500 is applicable at the time of joining, unless otherwise communicated by Memory Group.
05 · Resident Responsibilities
- Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness and discipline.
- Residents must respect other residents, staff and property.
- Any damage to property may be subject to applicable charges.
- Residents must follow the rules and guidelines communicated by the respective hostel.
06 · Availability
Displayed room categories and prices do not guarantee availability. Final room allocation is subject to confirmation by Memory Group.
07 · Changes
Memory Group may update accommodation pricing, facilities, policies or these terms from time to time. The applicable terms at the time of joining will be communicated to the resident.
